Tombo Grille’s New Menu!

It’s a hot summer day and the last thing y’all wanna do is cook, right? Tombo Grille’s newest menu features cool salads (try the watermelon salad with whipped ricotta, mixed greens, hazelnuts, radish and honey lime vinaigrette), small plates including deviled eggs of the day (very creative!) and entrees ranging from their award-winning burgers to pan-fried chilean salmon served with grilled corn salad with sweet peppers, arugula, feta, couscous, cilantro lime vinaigrette and Romesco sauce! Location: Multiple farms and galleries in Chester County. Visit local farms and markets where you can purchase produce, meats and dairy products as well as get some insights into each farm operation. Artists set up at each site to showcase and sell their works. This is the final weekend in the Tour.  More here.

Family Day at Lexington Co. Museum

Saturday June 25  10am – 1pm
Location: Lexington County Museum, Lexington. An event for families with kids, includes playing with historic games and toys and learning about life during the 19th century in Lexington County. Sweetgrass basket maker and archaeologists will teach children about archaeology and the artifacts they find. More.
